Dreams Not Fears

Facebook recently reminded me of a pivotal moment in my career. Three years ago, my photography business led me down a path to creating camera bags for Isaac Mizrahi and becoming the creative director at Elite Brands. Both were roles in which I had no prior training or experience. I simply believed that with my will to learn I could seize these opportunities and thrive as a result. At best, I would succeed and grow. At worst, I would struggle… and grow. I've practiced that growth mindset everyday since then in the work I do with my agency, ALX. Facebook was kind enough to remind me of that commitment. #DreamsNotFears
